Do you feel anxious coughing and sneezing in public?

Was out walking the dog earlier and I needed to sneeze but held it in as there were people around. (Socially distanced of course)

I’m sure that I don’t have covid19 but I just feel anxious doing it in public in case I get verbally attacked! Anyone else the same?

Yes I usually need to sneeze within minutes of walking into a shop and feel self conscious. Then my nose starts to run about half way round and I never have a tissue on me as I don't actually have a cold. It must be a reaction to whatever they pump out into the shop air.

It is now less embarrassing to fart in public than it is to cough....
