Changes to Morrison's delivery

Has anybody else had this email from Morrison's about deliveries changing so they'll now be being picked from your local store rather than the distribution centre? I wonder how it will impact the availability of delivery slots, which so far haven't been an issue for me.

I have prepaid for a year of delivery slots and haven't been able to get one for about 6 weeks

I’m anticipating less choice and more subs 😕

Ours has changed to in store picking and it's shit. I can't order grapes or mushrooms for example, but I can get them (there are loads) if I go into the shop. It's not showing out of stock online, they aren't even available! Click and collect is the same, dire product selection.

No email here I’m in Yorkshire but I don’t like the idea if no bags when most stores are now providing bags

I’ve seen that Morrisons have a lot of slots available but I don’t like, as someone posted on here, that they charge the full price of the subs thereby increasing the shopping bill and you’re not able to refuse any subs

My local morrisons started delivering from the local store this month, before that I delivery wasn't available to me. I've managed to have 2 deliveries already and have got a slot next month, my last order was a couple days ago, 7 subs and 5 things missing but they were flour, spices and hand wash so not really surprised. I had a asda delivery in the first week of lockdown and half my shop was missing, 80 items and 40 were missing so I think what I got a couple days ago was brilliant.

H1978 You can't send subs back with the delivery driver, but you can get a refund by going back on the website

Morrisons for me only has the next 3 days for slots...which is why I've given up and gone back to Tesco.

Hopefully it works out ok. I don't mind subs, would just ideally like delivery slots
