Tesco online delivery

On the day your online delivery Is due do they let you know what is missing before they arrive?

It's on your online order when you log in to the site what is missing/substituted.

No they don’t They give you a list when they arrive and at the top are the items which are substituted/not available. You are given the option to send them back for a refund if you don’t want the substitution.
I’ve found that most my things have arrived if you can add them to your basket (what is available to add is definitely reduced).

They do with ASDA.

I get an email that morning telling me what has been substituted and what is missing altogether.

I didn't know I could check online - mind you, my deliveries are around 9am and I don't think I'm awake enough at that time Grin

My Tesco doesn’t let you return substitutions any more. Once you’ve touched the items you have to keep them. The driver just puts the stuff on the porch and rings the bell as he walks away.
