I'll leave you to decide how you define cheesy or silly, which could include hilariously outdated if you want. The main thing is just to have fun as I'd like to try out some different exercises while having a laugh.
This thread has one rule: you must have actually done the video yourself, at least once, within the past few years or so. Or at least put it on your To Do list, or something.
It needs to be something vaguely achievable.
For anyone who remembers the Call On Me video, in 2004 they actually made a proper exercise video so here it is. Quite good fun and very tiring as it's over an hour long.
