I'll leave you to decide how you define cheesy or silly, which could include hilariously outdated if you want. The main thing is just to have fun as I'd like to try out some different exercises while having a laugh.

This thread has one rule: you must have actually done the video yourself, at least once, within the past few years or so. Or at least put it on your To Do list, or something. Grin It needs to be something vaguely achievable.

For anyone who remembers the Call On Me video, in 2004 they actually made a proper exercise video so here it is. Quite good fun and very tiring as it's over an hour long.

The Call on Me one is actually quite good! This, on the other hand ....

Yes, I have done it, but couldn't make it to the end as I have limited tolerance of a) Big Band music and b) sparkly leotards.

motorcyclenumptiness · 30/04/2020 13:48

I haven't done this but I did spend a lot of my childhood pretending to be a horse, so it countsGrin

Hahaha! People would definitely be staying two metres away from you if you did that in the park!

I don't know if the Shape Up And Dance records ever made it to video but they would have been a sight for sore eyes.

I had the Call on Me DVD!!! I loved it!

I currently have an EYFS child and the PE videos posted by their teacher are amazing. This was a particular highlight.

That Denise Austin one is terrible Grin I think the band music would annoy me too Smile

Prancercise looks ridiculous, but it could be good for beginners who were just starting out with gentle exercise.

Keep them coming.

What about Miranda's miraca one

DrMaryMalone · 30/04/2020 14:16

My mum had this on VHS when I was little. I can still sing bits of the song!

OctoberNovemberDecember · 30/04/2020 14:19

@DrMaryMalone Ah yes, good old Jane Fond. I've done it a few times and it's actually really good exercise. It's a proper retro fashion show too!

Not strictly an exercise video but I have to nominate this for laughs ...
