I'm at my wits end. Periods have recently returned after stopping BF and I'd forgotten how awful mine are.
I am currently awaiting surgery for Endometriosis and suffer chronic pain and severe period bleeding. Today I've changed tampon every hour - two hours ish and still bled through 5 sets of underwear.
Tampons and pads aren't enough. Would a cup be better for me? Are they comfortable? Do they facilitate extreme heavy bleeding? Can you recommend one?
I'm just at my wits end.
