Ermm, honesty, loyalty, trustworthiness, sense of duty, accountability...Surely basic decency and qualities one might expect in a Prime Minister?

Considering some of the things BJ has said about single mothers, despite making several himself I'd say it matters a great deal.

I am not by any means a fan of his and wouldn't vote for his party. But being a good father and husband does not make anyone any more trustworthy as a politician.

Unrelated to the thread but interesting fact:

The problem with super injunctions is that you can't even talk about the existence of the injunction.
However you will often see "hints" in papers etc as journalists struggle to allude to what they are not allowed to openly publish.
Which makes for some interesting choices of language when papers cover stories like this...

And I don't care how many kids Johnson has.
But it is all part of a considerable track history of dishonesty, irresponsibility (can't even put a condom on right!), fecklessness callousness and hypocrisy.
I care about that very much.

He has lived up to this track record.
In fact all those "qualities" have been well demonstrated in his handling of this crisis from the start.
