So this is not homeschooling per se - just doing the work that the school is setting each day whilst the schools are closed.
It's always a struggle to do homework. DD is taking 5mg methylphenidate which helps but literally has to be supervised and guided through every second of the work she's doing. So if we spend 2 hours it's 2 full hours I have to dedicate on top of wfh and all the other stuff (cooking, cleaning laundry etc).
If anyone has any tips or commiserations I'd appreciate it. She's 10 and I'm a lone parent. We're just about managing at the moment as I'm working my notice but starting a new job on Monday and no idea how I'm going to manage. She talks constantly and I feel guilty all the time. Next week I think she's just going to be on Roblox constantly.
