Anyone feeling unfit?!

It seems that everyone on the planet is doing some form of home excersise at present.... except me!
I am doing school work with ds 12 from morning to early afternoon and then was catching up homework/laundry/pottering in garden .
My job is really active, on feet all day with only 30 mins break. We worked from home just recently doing online courses etc but have just been furloughed.normally would walk ten- fifteen miles a day in job and about 70 flights of stairs!!
When I walk upstairs now I feel tired out and knackered ! I also have no motivation to do any activity that’s excersise related !! Dp has a bike in shed which he goes on each day but when I went on it I was out of breath in 2 mins and haven’t tried again!!
I guess it’s probably part of lockdown , I have motivation for all other things like gardening and painting just none for keeping fit!! Anyone else feeling same? Help ?

Yes, me too, I joined Davina's OYOG and had 28 days free workouts - I watched one thinking I'll watch to get the hang of the routine then try it. I didn't do it even once and now my 28 free days has finished.

So I joined Peleton online free workouts , joined a week ago and so far not even watched one. I just can't be bothered

I normally like exercise but now I have no motivation at all. I think part of the problem is being in a small house with only my lounge available to exercise in and the worry that my DH will walk in and take the piss out of my wobbly bits (which are a lot more wobbly than they used to be)
