Yes, it should, assuming the bank doesn’t think the charge looks suspicious. My family is in the US and I have a duplicate bank card for them that I use to make purchases when they are visiting, including in store and online shopping (Usually shop at Tesco but can’t see how it would be too different). It will go through the ‘credit card’ function (most US cards can be used both with a pin as a debit card and as a credit card with a signature). I also used my US bank card here for years when I still had one. Worked fine, but high fees.
