15 month old and thread worm. How do I treat him?

10 year old DD had thread worm about a month ago. Treated her with Ovex.

Now the toddler has them (I think? Thought it looked that way). I looked at the Ovex and it says not for under 2's.

I know hygiene is key, but we're really bloody hygienic and still managed to catch the blighters so I doubt I can break the cycle. Especially as everything goes in his mouth. Obviously I'm constantly telling the kids to wash their hands and keeping their nails short etc etc etc

Help ☹️

Ignore me. The BNF says it can be given from 6 months.

Should have checked that first.

Urgh I feel gross.

You can get telephone advice and a Px from your GP.
Did you do the second round of treatment for everyone else in the house?
Hoovering, laundering, damp dusting?
Wearing pants in bed etc?
Worms are an absolute menace, but you will be able to get some treatment for your little one. You will have to do another two rounds for everyone.
