Would be really interested to hear ur ideas!! A few from me:
1:- More home working, home working more of an issue in recruitment/retention
2:- Less help from grandparents so more help between friends picking up kids from school etc
3:- Less foreign holidays as people don’t want to get trapped somewhere if there is another lockdown
