Anyone do NHS professionals?

Anyone else do NHSP? I joined in January and just got the green light to do shifts 2 weeks ago. So far I have done three shifts, I have just really struggled with how clique it is and how unwelcoming. I am sitting here working myself into a panic about doing a night shift tonight. Is it me, is it them? Does it get easier?

I just feel so out of place and that no one wants me there!

I can't register with them, the website won't let me.

I'm a bank nurse in my local area working in schools. I've tried looking for work through their mobile work force scheme. Nothing. Sitting at home twiddling my thumbs.

Someone I know got on quick via rapid response. What about nursing agencies?
