Tesco head office

hippohector · 26/04/2020 12:37

Does anyone have an email address for Tesco head office? Preferably the CEO’s office?
I can’t seem to find anything online apart from the bog standard customer service email (which is bloody useless)
Thanks

Sorry I can't help with an email address. However, I can hand deliver something for you once lockdown ends. I'm only half a mile away.

Was the response from customer services not sufficient then? If they haven't got back to you maybe cut them some slack and give them a few weeks seeing as they are likely operating a reduced capacity in the office to allow for social distancing.

There are escalation procedures you should follow. If u call them about an email u had sent, see what they say, if u arent happy, ask for their escalation procedure

Its highly likely even if u contact the ceo that u wouldnt get the response u want because it is a challenging time, and things r abnormal

Honestly, if anyone emails our CEO, it just filters back down to minions such as myself. CEO probably won't even see the email, his secretary will screen initially!

You could try twitter or FB if you need a more immediate response.

Sorry for the hijack, but anyone know how you compliment a tesco store or staff? Rather not use twitter but making a call to customer service seems odd - cannot find any email or form for positive feedback and would really like to praise a couple of staff members who went out their way to help me recently.

Hannah021 · 26/04/2020 12:54

@AllTheseThingsThatIHaveNotDone FB and social media r much better way to do that. And more ppl will see it. Customer service have no time to respond to these, and most like will say thanks and it could end right there

Conkerts · 26/04/2020 12:56

why?

Frumpylumpyvixen · 26/04/2020 13:00

Tesco CEO email is,

[email protected]

Sargass0 · 26/04/2020 13:06

his address comes straight up if you google it. It's really not difficult...
most likely wont be him that reads and responds though

MilkTwoSugarsThanks · 26/04/2020 13:18

You won't find the email for the CEO, but the email for the Department Who Deal With Minor Shit That Some People Think Needs The Attention Of The CEO is [email protected].

Redpurplegreen · 26/04/2020 13:31

While you’re at it can you ask them to reply to my email I sent months ago which they promised they’d get back to me in two weeks?
About them repeatedly underpaying their staff in my local store...

quertyuiop100 · 26/04/2020 14:14

I emailed Dave Lewis a couple of weeks ago and had a reply back from one of his secretaries. I doubt my email got anywhere near him to be honest. They didn't really answer my question either, just referred me back to the store.

superram · 26/04/2020 14:16

I have tweeted them twice over the past 2 weeks got a response within 24 hours and both issues sorted-they were really helpful.

bokkleorandoove · 26/04/2020 14:21

Use twitter or call instead - customer service have stopped replying to their emails (they weren’t last week when I got an automated response to say that I won’t get a reply and I had to call them). They’ve removed the email address from their website.

EveryDayIsLikeMonday · 26/04/2020 22:38

[email protected]

I wouldn't bother though. He won't read it.
I had a compliant before all this and was significantly out of pocket due to their mistake. They really didn't care at all. I used twitter, Facebook email and phone. All very polite but obviously don't care about their customers at all Angry
