Insect repellent/bites?!

Help Grin I am being bitten to pieces by something
Pics attached. Not itchy, not sore and I don't notice them happening
I've been isolating for 5 weeks so nothing I've brought home. Any ideas and best repellant?
Oh and they're only on my arms Confused
