and can't find a single thing to watch.

What would you recommend?

I thought it might be good to have access to BBC and iPlayer while we have more time at home. I thought I might help feel more "connected" to the outside world.

I can't see anything and the current affairs coverage is a bit annoying - or at least the Sunday morning is.

Killing Eve, the third series has just started so plenty of them to watch on iPlayer.
Line of duty, 5 series of that to watch in iPlayer.

Dracula-3 part drama from New Year & the show that goes wrong, both on iPlayer

enjoyyourself · 26/04/2020 11:00

Great thanks. They look good. Have heard of Killing Eve but not the others.

Are there weekly shows that are good. Or does everyone watch everything in box set format now? Which is what I do but through Netflix. I see Have I Got News for You is still running.

I think The Cry is still on iPlayer, that was quite good.

This morning I saw they were rerunning Madhur Jaffrey’s Flavours of India if you like travel/food. (It’s from the ‘90s.)

Twin is quite good

milienhaus · 26/04/2020 11:10

Normal People is Now on iPlayer and supposed to be good (I liked the book!) and Killing Eve is excellent. I’ve heard good things about The Nest but not sure whether it’s BBC or ITV/C4 (but you have access to both of those too of course!).

Only Connect is good if you like a quiz show.

JessicaPeach · 26/04/2020 11:12

The Split is good on iplayer

milveycrohn · 26/04/2020 11:12

I like Killing Eve, new series just started.
Also watched Devs currently showing on BBC2, but all available on iPlayer. (a bit pretentious in parts, but a good thriller)
Line of Duty on iPlayer very good

SimonJT · 26/04/2020 11:15

Years and years on iplayer

LittleFishSwim · 26/04/2020 11:21

The Nest has been on recently which was good

SuperLoudPoppingAction · 26/04/2020 11:30

Years and years is just so good.

Dr who.

I'm watching the great British sewing bee.

Goodness gracious me if you like comedy with a lot of mid nineties political references
