Contentment

I know that lockdown is very trying for most people. I am so content knowing that my dc are at home and happy. The DC are cheerful and steady without social dramas from their peers.
I do find managing distance learning a little trying, but there are no end of school day years as DC contact friends who are fun/loyal/easy and ignore the more complicated characters.
Is anyone else finding the pace of life etc to be a surprising benefit of lockdown?

Re I remember the bliss of the summer holidays, where we settled into a very chilled space. Hanging out. It was just lovely.
