What’s wrong with my head? Anxiety?

Feeling very weird tonight and much of today , head is spinning and can’t think clearly . I haven’t had a drink or anything . No symptoms of anything, just don’t feel right at all - as if my head is full of water or something, it feels very weird I’m a way I can’t explain and I can’t get a coherent thought, even typing this is difficult .

Could it be just exhaustion/anxiety or something else ? Having a period just now but nothing else happening really

Sounds like anxiety and/or exhaustion.
Do you have someone with you?
Can you try perhaps a warm drink or warm bath too try and relax? I watch asmr videos on YouTube when feeling anxious or stressed and find they distract me and help me sleep

Have you had enough to eat and drink today? I'm wondering if it could be blood sugar related. Sounds a bit like brain fog or something.

Try grounding.

STOP and listen to the sounds around you/outside. Register your breathing, in, out. Let go.

Even for a second it is grounding. Say "all is well". Really stop and focus on outside things.

As it's sudden and there's no other symptoms, my guess would be low blood pressure. If you still feel like that in the morning, drink plenty of water, eat something salty, make sure your shower or bath is on the cool side rather than hot and try to get some rest. No standing up quickly or exercise. Hopefully you'll feel better after a sleep though. Flowers

(Not a medical person. Have low bp.)

Oh and small amounts of food often, is better than larger meals with long gaps in between, if it's low bp.

This may sound odd, but could it be hay fever?

I’m feeling pretty similar at the moment; like my head is underwater and any kind of movement or thought is just too much. Weirdly I don’t have too many of the issues usually associated with hay fever, like sneezing, itchy eyes etc, but according to my GP it’s definitely hay fever in my case.
