Bit of a boring question sorry. I've had emails from Sainsbury's and Asda to say they've been told that I'm a vulnerable person, but I've not had a letter to say I should shield. I have a rare cancer that's incurable, but not yet terminal and am not undergoing treatment, so didn't think I'd be classed as needing to shield for 12 weeks. I've been unable to contact my oncologist and to be honest he's not much help anyway due to the rarity of what I have. Do the emails from supermarkets mean that a letter is on the way? I'm in Wales if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance.
