Managed to book a test this morning for tomorrow. You have to put in the vehicle reg you'll be turning up in before it shows you what testing centre you can go to.

I put in DH's car as he'll be driving me. But it turns out the testing centre is 30 minutes away.

I have been quite poorly and throwing up with it. Have anti-sickness meds but still often queasy. And DH's car makes me feel sick anyway! Don't know why - think it's the seats being lower or the suspension being different or something, but it does. Usually it's fine but at the moment it's worrying me!

Can't believe I was so stupid but thought the centre would be nearer. Does anyone know if I can change it now I've had the confirmation or do I just gird my loins and get through it?

I am really grateful to have a test booked so please be nice if I shouldn't be asking, I feel rubbish Sad

Would you really need to waste their time trying to amend it when most people can't even get through, leave 10 minutes earlier and take carrier bags and wet wipes in case he has to pull over.

I agree, man up and get through it. The system is creaking, don't put extra pressure on it.

Roger that. Thanks - loins will be girded!
