Anyone else’s DC like this...?

DC (6 & 3) are driving me mad!
We are incredibly lucky at a time like this to have a lovely garden and fabulous weather! They have trampoline, slides, cars, sand/water table and a brand new full paddling pool.
We’ve been out 30 minutes and they haven’t stopped arguing, going in and out of the house, asking for snacks and DS (3) hasn’t stopped crying and screaming at any opportunity.
The whole neighbourhood is full of people enjoying the weather and there isn’t a child to be heard not enjoying themselves... apart from mine.
Why on earth can they not keep themselves amused and happy? My parents used to send out out in the garden for the whole day and we weren’t allowed to go in unless we needed the toilet... we played happily day in day out, making our own fun.

Mine are similar ages and similar behaviour, we have a lovely garden, trampoline swing, sand pit and bikes, but all they want to do it come inside and watch telly, luckily they don't really argue that much... Unless it's over the tablet, but the amount of times I've threatened to throw all their toys in the bin unless they go outside has become like white noise to them...

I turn off the telly hide the remote and all I hear is can we watch telly all day, drives me demented..

Mine aren’t (6 and 4 and get on well, and keep themselves amused in the garden for hours!), but our neighbours children are the same! Their mum came round once to apologise to me for all the bickering!
