I have used marks and spencer but if you are in north west I know a great little start up who does beautiful flowers

thefemaleJoshLyman · 25/04/2020 12:46

I used M&S last week.

Ginpuddles · 25/04/2020 12:56

I use Bloom and Wild regularly and can recommend.

I'm also trying Arena Flowers this week, as a friend recommended them and has always been pleased with them.

If you are in London, Petalon Flowers are wonderful!

Bloom and wild are amazing. Their flowers last for weeks

DaisyDando · 25/04/2020 12:57

M&S or Interflora. Generally M&S.
Bloom & Wild have, imo, gone really downhill quality and service wise. Loved them a few years ago but last year ended up twice sending utter rubbish to relatives- it was embarrassing to have them thank me when I saw what had arrived.

Clutterfreeintraining · 25/04/2020 13:01

Bloom and wild get my vote too. I received flowers just before the start of lockdown and am about the throw them out now...is that 5 weeks?

Duchessofealing · 25/04/2020 13:02

I’ve sent bloom and wild (first choice) and also moonpig (an extra) - both on time and gorgeous. I’ve received (a week late and dead) freesia from Guernsey - sadly their way of sending doesn’t get them on time.

bizzey · 25/04/2020 13:02

Intaflora is not showing any idea of what you are ordering .
Just £30 for in season flowers, made up by local florist ( who i know is not very good according to my aunt ).

Another recommendation for Bloom and wild here, I use them a lot and they're brilliant, flowers are always lovely and the little extra chocolates they do, also money off your first order!

Si1ver · 25/04/2020 13:04

I use Serenata and they're great at arriving on time at the moment.

iklboo · 25/04/2020 13:04

Moonpig delivered some beautiful flowers to my mum this week.

stclair · 25/04/2020 13:04

Freddie’s Flowers is still delivering. Can order weekly or one off. Set flowers each week but always a big bunch, lovely, and last for two weeks.

clopper · 25/04/2020 13:05

I used Bunches several time recently both for flowers and a hamper. All were good and arrived on time.

ScarfLadysBag · 25/04/2020 13:05

I always use Bloom and Wild and never had a bad experience! I like the fact they go through the letterbox as it means no worrying whether someone is in to receive (although not so much of an issue now!). They usually arrive in bud and take a day or so to perk up after the travel, but once they do they look fantastic.

Milbo · 25/04/2020 13:06

I sent Bloom and Wild but they arrived dead as they were in transit for 4 days. Not their fault as they were sent recorded 24 hours but it’s worth bearing in mind that postal flowers can get very delayed at the moment.

GatoFofo · 25/04/2020 13:06

I used Waitrose flowers last week, and they arrived on time. Recipient said that they were ‘spectacular’!

RhubarbCucumber · 25/04/2020 13:07

I wouldn't use Moonpig - I assume they are swamped but their quality control seems to have dropped off a cliff - card wasn't included & flowers were put into "this way up" box upside down!

HelloViroids · 25/04/2020 13:07

Serenata are good, also Appleyard in London (not sure if they deliver outside - maybe?)

RhubarbCucumber · 25/04/2020 13:07

And Serenata seem to be sending through Moonpig also

Silvercatowner · 25/04/2020 13:09

I have a regular monthly delivery of flowers for a relative. I did wonder whether they would stop, but she's still getting them. I use a florist in the town where she lives and they are really good.
