How likely?

Was supposed to be moving in with my boyfriend at the end of June. I am a frontline worker and he is at mild risk. How likely do you think it is that we will be able to make this happen?

What do you do? What kind of frontline worker are you?

beebeedandelion · 25/04/2020 07:41

It depends on whether you and he want to increase his risk or not and on if you can stay living where you are.

I am a nursery worker. I don't know if I can extend the lease on my flat. He is a low level asthmatic.

How likely in what way? Legally, I think it would be fine. It's up to you both if you want to.

We haven't been together since lockdown and so didn't know if it would be ok legally as we have not been in the same household?

It would be ok officially if your lease runs out and you have nowhere else to live, yes. People can change households - what they can't do is go back and forth between.

What sort of asthmatic? Has he had one of the vulnerable category letters?

Makemedoit · 25/04/2020 13:10

That's good to know.
He takes a brown preventer in the morning and then just uses the blue as needed. Not sure about the letter, will ask.
