Any dentists around?

I’ve just noticed a small black mark on one of my teeth. The tooth already has a filling in it. I’ve tried to feel if there is a hole - my tongue is telling me yes to that! There is no pain or tenderness so it isn’t a dental emergency, but obviously, I don’t want it to get worse.

I don’t really know what I should be doing with it! Any advice?

Keep it clean. Use fluoride toothpaste and a non alcohol fluoride rinse
Try to have less sweet sticky fizzy foods and drinks
If it becomes uncomfortable you might get phone advice from your dentist
Ours are doing a phone triage/ advice service
