Hi, haven’t done click and collect since Corona. Do you stay in your car and it just gets loaded into the boot?

Yes.

hippohector · 24/04/2020 10:51

No. They wheel the crates to your car and you have to put it in your boot yourself

ExclamationPerfume · 24/04/2020 11:16

I had a click and collect on Tuesday and they put the stuff straight into my boot. Maybe it differs by store.

ExclamationPerfume · 24/04/2020 11:27

This is the text they sent me.

Ours yesterday they put in on the floor moved away and we loaded it?

CCaK · 24/04/2020 11:33

At ours they put the crates by the car then step back, then you unload the bags into the car.

FrenchyQ · 24/04/2020 11:40

At our store they load it in to the boot for you

MeerkatMolly · 24/04/2020 21:28

Thanks everyone. I got a text saying stay in the car and they would load it in but actually when you arrive they ask you to do it yourself. Just wondered that’s all and now I know!

Maybe different stores are doing it differently. I'm sure they will tell you what to do

MrsBungle · 24/04/2020 21:32

My text also said stay in the car but when I got there there was a row of crates like a table and they loaded the shopping on there. I then put it in my car.

Crinkle77 · 24/04/2020 23:18

My mum went today and they loaded reboot for her.

Likethebattle · 25/04/2020 08:54

We had to load from the crates. We’d have to get out anyway, you can only open the boot using the key (very basic model), I miss our last car with the auto opening boot.
