Help! Clicked on link without realising email was fake

Can anyone advise? I was sent a short email with friend’s name on it, linking to a news article advertising hemp oil. I’m kicking myself as I clicked on it - it opened the article - but wasn’t from friend, just used her name.

I closed it straight away but should I do anything else?

Run virus software on your computer.

It is an iPhone. Not sure how to run virus software?

If you didnt input any details it shouldn't hopefully be too bad.
Change all your passwords & run a virus scan. Check the app store they should have something, I know you can get malware bytes an android.

I think it was probably just advertising the hemp oil. Pain in the neck though. Thanks for the advice.
