Echo Dot and Music Unlimited Help please

Does anyone know if there's a way to get my Amazon Music Unlimited to play on all of my Echo Dots? It says you can use it on up to ten devices but won't seem to let me register them? I've googled it but honestly I'm more confused than I was before!

Do a live chat with Amazon they are very helpful

Are all the echos registered to the same account?

ScarfLadysBag · 23/04/2020 18:20

If they're all registered to your Amazon account then you can just say 'Play X everywhere' and it should work. You can also make groups for certain rooms.

Is it actually registering the Echo Dots you're having the problem with?

ScarfLadysBag · 23/04/2020 18:21

It's the 'Devices' tab in the Alexa app.

ParadiseLaundry · 23/04/2020 18:25

Yes, they're definitely all registered to the same account.

I've tried doing the 'play everywhere' but if it's a playlist with just some songs on AMU for instance it just omits those songs when playing the playlist. I have made groups etc so I do think its something to do with that that.

I might try a chat if no one else comes along with the solution.

Thank you for your ideas so far though!

Do you have the sub that allows you to play on multiple devices? At least one of them is single device only.
