I've had these stock pots in the cupboard for ages but I don't really know what to do with them, I bought them because I saw them and thought "Oooh yum! Garlic stock!" But I'm not sure what sort of meal to make with them Confused

What would you do with garlic stock?

I'd probably use them in something like a chicken risotto. Or perhaps a chicken, ham, or cheese based sauce for pasta.

Maybe as a base for a sauce for a chicken pie or chicken supreme?

Risotto/pasta was what cans to mind first too.

As a base for French onion soup if you have no home made stock. Or in a robust casserole/stew where you wanted plenty of rich flavour, eg boeuf bourguignon. Would also work in something like a bolognese ragu type sauce. Really, any stew/sauce recipe that called for garlic.

I'd put it in any kind of stew / casserole / pasta sauce you would add garlic to. I generally add stock pots to everything for seasoning.
