When would you expect a response?

Obvs my kids are off school. One of my sons is going into last year of primary at special school in Sept and we were promised a meeting to discuss his future before the end of this year. The promise was made at end of Feb.
I have messaged the primary teacher and got no response afte a week so I emailed the head on Monday. Still no response. How long would you wait before chasing.
I appreciate school is closed. Will the head be too busy to deal with this now?
All advice welcome. X

If the school is closed then likely no one will deal with it until they reopen. I know where I work we have been told strictly no dealing with emails or phone messages, we enter the building once per week, check that everything is still secure, nothing is on fire or leaking, run the taps, flush the toilets, reset the alarm and leave. I appreciate that schools will be different but it could well be a case that they've been told not to respond to anything not related to online schooling/keyworker children until they are operating normally again.
