Whilst the UK is lock down The Government has approved the development of a second contaminating incinerator in Belvedere, Kent, there can be no appeal of the decision. However, it is possible for a Judicial Review and my husband together with friends are requesting the Mayor of London to process the review. If you feel strongly about this, particularly if you live in SE or East London, may I ask you to do two things:
Contact your GLA member, MP or local Councillors asking them to support a Judicial Review or to sign the petition which is accessed via the www.naiib.org website
