Hermes return

I returned a parcel via my local co-op and the lad gave me this card as receipt, tried to input but hermes website says it's not recognised....

Cannot reach Hermes via phone or live chat, can anyone help or advise please?

When did you return it? I don't think the code will work until Hermes have collected the parcel from the Co-op and scanned it.

If it is more than a day or so ago, then I don't know, sorry.
