Can anyone recommend a mouth guard? I clench my jaw in periods of stress/worry, usually I use my made to measure mouthguard, but I’ve broken it by clenching so hard Hmm, obviously can’t get a dentist to re-mould one, hoping someone can recommend a one size fits all? Thank you

Following with interest. I seem to have started doing this since lockdown and my teeth are aching so much!

It’s horrible isn’t it @turnedouttoes? It’s the neck and jaw pain that’s started as no relief from it Sad actually wondering if Diazepam might work, to relax jaw.

I haven't found a cofortable one that's not a moulded one from a dentist. I am consciously sticking my tongue between my front teeth to stop myself clenching my jaw.

I also do this, didn’t even know mouth guards were a thing! Have such a sore mouth at the moment because of it.
I don’t know if this would work for everyone but I find chewing gum really prevents me from doing it!

Rabbit I’ll try gum thank you, Planes I try that but keep forgetting Blush
