Holiday entitlement - help please?!

I am entitled to 33 days annual leave including bank holidays.

I work 5 days a week.

How much holiday would I have accumulated between 1/1/20 and 26/06/20? All the online calculators only calculate on a 28 day entitlement and I get a different answer every calculation I do!

Any help would be much appreciated 😊

So you get 25 days plus BH’s
So for half a year (if the scheme works Jan to Dec) half of your allowance.
I.e. 12.5 days plus BH’s

33/365 x 177 (or /366 x 178 because of leap year) which is 16 days
Or 33/12*6 (well, a bit less than 6) which is 16.5 days

I've worked it out as 14 days plus bank holidays, depending on what your contract says you might need to work the full month of june to be able to claim the annual leave for that month. Can you ask HR for the calculation if you are not sure ?

I agree it's 25 days and the bank holidays only count if they actually happen in that period.
So Easter Friday & Monday plus 2 bank holidays in May.
So 12.5 plus the 4 bank holidays would be my estimation? Not sure if New Year's Day might count?
