I don't find the alphabetical sort of mnemonics helpful, my brain wants to make meaning links rather than alphabetical ones.

As for the other sort how about Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.
And
An hour before 11 is worth 2 after 7 (ie going to bed before 11pm is twice as effective as a 2 hour lie in after 7am)

Rather dared mneumonic for remembering the minerals in Moh’s scale of hardness. I suspect on geologists ever needed to know this.

Mine are:
In 1665 a third were left alive.
In 1666 London burnt like sticks.
Diarrhoea: Dash in a run rush hurry or else accident.
Necessary: Never eat cucumber eat salmon sandwiches and remain young.
And counting seconds I still use Mississippi 1, Mississippi 2.

Mrs Nerg/Mrs Gren is for the seven attributes of living things.
Movement, respiration, sensitivity, nutrition, excretion, reproduction and growth.

I can never remember any of these

Glad I'm not the only one, mnemonics are one of the few things I struggle to remember.

One I came up with to remember the tricky first five letters of words like psychology:
People Scramble Your Crazy Head.
