Volunteering with Shout

Just wondered if there are any Shout volunteers on here? If so how do you find it? I have just submitted my application, it does say it can take a while to be processed though. Would be pleased to hear from anyone who does this or anything similar!

How you finding it @PloptheBarnOwl? I’ve just done it this evening, took me a good hour or so!

I still haven't finished the form! I used to work on another helpline until about a year ago- was very full-on but we were really well supported so there were lots of people to turn to if you had a traumatic call.
