I have tuna, I have mayo, I have grated cheese. How can I make my toastie more exciting?

Jalapeños or sriracha sauce

Why would you need to jazz up tuna and melted cheese?

But some sort of onion would probably do the trick. Not sure chives would be worth the hassle - cheese and tuna are both pretty strong flavours.

Definitely onion and some red pepper, had it for lunch 😋

I love Tabasco sauce (after it's been toasted) on a tuna melt - bloody lovelySmile

My fave is cheese & Branston as the branston gets really hot and gooey
