Withered swede and manky spinach

What can I cook with these?

Not keen on lentils, beans, pulses. Got lots of fish, cheese, polenta, pasta.

Some of the spinach is a bit mushy.

Or shall I chuck them?

Do you have Indian spices? You could do a delicious swede, spinach and chickpea curry. So easy, ready in 30 mins. I make it with sweet potato but swede could work.

I cook in veg stock and don't use coconut milk as I never have any in.

I pick the manky spinach leaves out and use the others.
