Internet is driving me crazy!

My internet is appalling and it is starting to do my head in!! We don’t live rurally and it’s not been so bad (or at least I haven’t noticed) before the last month or so.
The problem is I now need to hold work meetings on Zoom/ Teams etc and it keeps on cutting out. We have been with Talk Talk for ages so very happy to change if it would make a difference.
My frustration is building but talking to neighbours, they are with different providers and having similar problems.
Dh and kids also need internet so we have unlimited, but it seems to make no difference. I thought the internet providers said they could cope with the extra demand?
Anyone got any advice?

If you are trying to do all this on a wireless connection, get it connected via an Ethernet cable even if it has to be metres long to do this, it really will be the only way to get a stable connection

What type are you on? Copper, 30mbps fibre or 80mbps fibre?

Zoom and teams however seem to struggle for a lot of people , I don't know if they are going through a central server that is overloaded ?
