I work in an admin capacity for the NHS. Our service has shut down (all our clinicians redeployed) so now have no work today. Have been told I will now have to work in the hospital kitchen which I’m not at all happy about. I do not think it’s appropriate work.
But because it’s the NHS I’m supposed to just accept that it’s fine for me to be cooking for potentially 6 months plus when I’ve not even had a basic hygiene training and can’t cook!
No chance of being furloughed either. Any other NHS workers re-deployed to random jobs?
