It might be euphorbia. If it is the sap is highly irritant to skim and eyes, so be careful if you cut it.

It's Euphorbia lathyris - caper spurge. They have a habit of suddenly appearing in gardens, as the seed pods are explosive, and seeds are shot quite a distance. Best to pull it up, but do wear gloves, because as Monty says, the sap can be very irritant.

I suppose I'm worried that it will spread like crazy, or that DS will crash into it and get a rash or something 🤔.
