Civil Service Interview Questions

Does anybody have any examples for a level 4 / band 6 or 7 role for the following competencies-

Seeing the bigger picture
Working together
Developing self and others
Communicating and influencing

It is a new style inteview and I have no idea how strengths will tie into the questions.

I ve never done one of these but I would look for my best examples of when I did these things. If they are going to then develop the questions further they need to be the best examples from your own experience.

How much time do people spend on interview prep? I've spent a day on s presentation and the question prep is taking a long time. So many different ways questions could be asked!
