Turn every letter into a number.
On every line, the middle number equals the sum of both the first two numbers, and the last two numbers.

The last line the middle number is 25. A is the first letter, X is the 24th letter.

Thanks! I'm pretty pleased with myself, honestly. I've not seen a puzzle like that one before so there's was a lot of luck involved - I just happened on trying the right thing.
