Best eye wrinkle cream please

Can anyone recommend a brilliant eye area cream, lotion, potion.... That doesn't affect the actual eye. Some lotions are too heavy...

If I had the money I'd try Clinique smart repair eye cream as it has an spf as well as being anti ageing.

Try asking on Style & Beauty.
