Has anyone used Iceland online?

They've got delivery slots for next week. Limited choice but I'm fine with that as I can't get delivery from anywhere else at the moment. The reviews of the service are pretty dire on Trustpilot though. Any experiences?

Never had an issue. The battered chicken from there is the best!

Been using them for years, very occasionally. Totally superb.

yeah they're fine. usually just leave bags by the doorstep and let you take them in even before covid. Might depend on the area though.

Over the last couple of weeks people on my local Facebook page have said their order either had half missing or it didn’t turn up at all despite showing as being delivered.

Used them a few times pre-crisis, delivered within the time slot and have only had one item not available (so refunded).

Used Iceland for the first time on Friday. Turned up in my allotted time and left bags in porch as per instructions. Few things missing but can live with that. Good service and a lot cheaper than Sainsburys. Will use them again.

Had a delivery from them today, arrived on time with a similar number of unavailable items as other supermarkets at the moment.

Ours was great - on time, everything we'd ordered and thoughtfully packed (eg tins NOT on top of the bread). I'll definitely use it again when I get paid for a freezer top up shop.

Used Iceland for the first time last week. Everything I asked for I got so definitely no issues there. All bagged up and left on doorstep.

I’d use them again and as I would use the shop itself will carry on.

Absolutely awful, 23 items missing (forgotten) from my order on Friday, but still charged for. Delivery driver turned up 3 hours earlier than I booked.

We used them a lot just after dd was born and was always pleased with the service.
