Selfish sisters putting mother at risk coronovivous

I have 2 sisters that live with my mother who has health issues still and they keep going out to see their mates who live in London. I'm furious with them and I don't know what to do.
My mother doesn't say anything as she can't pin them down and stop them from going out.

I agree this doesn't sound ideal OP. Have you spoken to them about it?

Yes and they just laugh it off, They don't believe its serious.
They say they don't care if they get it because they are young and I said it's not the point yes you may get it and live but our mother won't and anyone else they come into contact with.
