What clothes size will I be?

If you lost 1st 10 pounds (10-11kg), how many dress sizes would you drop? And if you answer, please can you say your height? Thanks.

I’m currently 12st, 5ft 8, size 12-14, medium to large build.

Goal weight is 10st 5. Wondering what clothes size that will be.

Already lost 4.5 stone!!

for me that would be 1 to 2 dress sizes. I seem to drop a dress size every 10 to 14lb or so

I lost 10kg and went from a uncomfortable 12 to a very comfortable 12, so think it depends on how tall you are as well

I am the same height as you. At that weight, I am a 12. I need to get to about 9 stone 9 to be a 10.

If I lost that I'd drop to 45kg and probably a size six. I'm 5ft7.

I'm almost exactly the same as you but 5ft 9/10. I'm also aiming to lose a stone and a half. I'm a size 14. I went down to 11 stone about a year and a half ago, but was still a 14 lol. Think it's just my shape.

I’m the same weight/height as you and am currently a 10 on top and 12 on bottom. If I got to 10st 5 I’d be a size 8. I’d also look far too thin!

I’m currently losing weight (was nearly 13stone) but am planning to stop at 11 stone and a good size 10. It all depends on how you carry the weight really doesn’t it?

Was 13stone. 5"2 size 16
Now 10stone 11lb and a 12/ 14.
So lost just over 2st and 1-2 dress sizes.( Obviously depending on fit and clothes shop)

I am 5’8 and at 10 and a half stone I’m a 10. I start going into a 12 at about 11,3 ish
