Banana recipe that isn't banana bread?

I've squishy bananas but no interest in banana bread. I can't see any recipes that inspire me. What would you do with them?

Banana & Nutella Muffins
Banoffee Pie
Banana Chocolate Brownies
Or freeze for later

Peel, slice, put in oven at 110, turn after an hour - cook for anywhere between 1.5 and 2.5 hours depending on whether you like your banana chips chewy or crispy (chewy is best )

Caramalise them and eat with ice cream.
