Just want a rant at this hopeless energy company!

I was signed up with them when we moved house last September by our letting agent. From the start I had issues with them with our bills being far higher than they should be and incompetent customer services.
In February I changed energy companies, though Spark tried to block this and took ages to send info to the new energy company which delayed changeover.
I thought all well and good we have now left them. Then found they took £100 from my account on 2 April. I left that as I thought possibly that was the last payment and just wanted them off my back.

On 7 April I got a letter from Spark informing me that I had a debt of £20 and unless paid straight away they would instruct bailiffs to recover this. I knew I didn't owe this and sent a very strongly worded email to customer services saying that they had already taken £100 from my account. Email has been ignored.

Today I receive a letter to tell me I am £100 in credit!!! Obviously they aren't there at a weekend so I can't speak to anyone until Monday to try to get this money back. I am appalled that they can do this to people. Appalled that they can threaten bailiffs for £20, especially in this time of crisis we are going through. I am furloughed on 80% and can really do with this money right now.

I just hope that nobody else is every signed up to the company, they are the worst I have ever dealt with.
