Birthday present ideas for a shielding relative?

My grandma is 89 and sheilding at home on her own. I live 200 miles away but she does have local family bringing her shopping.

I have been sending cards and letters etc and have sent a bunch of flowers already but am now wondering what I could get her for her birthday and would welcome any suggestions!

She's horribly lonely I think, usually she is always socialising and going out for drives etc

Just to add - she has lots of children and grandchildren so I try and send flowers at other times but expect she will get a lot on her birthday so ideally trying to think of something else!

What about some sort of technology if you think she might manage it? Our elderly auntie had an Alexa and a laptop and she was nearly 100. Could you club together with someone else perhaps.

If that isn't suitable, what about a garden planter to provide interest over the summer or a good garden chair of sort sort if she hasn't got one?
