If you changed your body by eating clean and exercise please tell me how you did it?

I’ve decided to use lockdown to really focus on myself and try and overhaul a lot of bad habits and ways.

I’d love to start eating better - but what does eating clean mean? Does anyone have any examples? Can you never have tasty treats?

I’m also keen to start doing strength training. I’m doing couch to 5k and am about to start week 5 but would also like to add to the workout. Are there any exercises to do at home. I’d love a rounder smaller more pert bum!

Apologies if this all sounds very vain! It’s the first time in a long time I’ve really just decided to focus on me and I want to go into it with gusto!

When i ate keto my hormones balanced and i had the smallest waist i ever had, my skin felt dewy and my eyes bright.
I lost weight on slimming world before and on low calorie but i was 'skinny fat' and i walked everywhere and cycled.
I lost fat and less muscle on keto. I ate dairy as it doesn't affect me (i had eliminated it for a couple of years and reintroduced so i know it doesnt affect me).

Clean eating is just avoiding the baddies like processed food, most sugar, cow milk, high saturated fats and high carb. Eat more salmon, colourful veg (Mediterranean diet basically!)

What to avoid can be highly personal depending on what you react to
