I’ve decided to use lockdown to really focus on myself and try and overhaul a lot of bad habits and ways.
I’d love to start eating better - but what does eating clean mean? Does anyone have any examples? Can you never have tasty treats?
I’m also keen to start doing strength training. I’m doing couch to 5k and am about to start week 5 but would also like to add to the workout. Are there any exercises to do at home. I’d love a rounder smaller more pert bum!
