I'm seriously considering giving up chocolate for good. I can't moderate myself; never could. I sit and eat 1,000 calories in one go about 3 times a week and only stop because I've either run out or get a headache. The next day, I'm near guaranteed to get a headache cause of the volume. I do it for stress relief/ it's a naughty treat or self-sendation; a way to temporarily not think about life.
Can you relate? Do you think going it up permanently is the answer?
